SVG is a vector format: the code is stored as shapes, not pixels, so it stays perfectly sharp whether you print it on a business card or a billboard. Designers can open it in Illustrator, Figma, Inkscape or Affinity and change colors without losing quality.
The SVG from this generator is a clean, real vector file, not a PNG wrapped in SVG. Colors, gradients, dot and corner shapes and frames are real vector shapes you can edit. A logo is embedded as an image inside the SVG: preset icons as vector SVG, uploads as the file you provided. Need a printer's format? The same design also downloads as PDF or EPS with an exact print width.
How to make one
- Enter the content (a link here, or pick another type on the other generator pages).
- Style it: colors, shapes, logo and frame. SVG is already selected as the download format.
- Download the SVG, and test-scan the printed proof before the full print run.

Tips for codes that always scan
- For professional print, ask your printer whether they prefer SVG, PDF or EPS. All three are vector.
- Don't “outline” or simplify the paths in your design tool. That can merge modules and break scanning.
- Keep the quiet zone (empty margin) of at least 4 modules when placing the SVG in your layout.
FAQ
Is the SVG really vector?
Yes. Every module, corner and frame is a vector shape. A logo is embedded as an image element; it stays sharp if your logo is itself an SVG (or one of our preset icons), while a PNG or JPG logo keeps its own resolution.
Is it free and without a watermark?
Yes. Static SVG, PNG, PDF and EPS downloads are free, with no watermark and no sign-up. Static codes never expire.
What size should I print it?
At least 2 × 2 cm (0.8 in) for close-up scanning. For posters, make the code about one tenth of the distance people will scan from.
Can I edit the SVG in Illustrator or Figma?
Yes. You can recolor and place it freely. Keep the dark-on-light contrast and don't distort the proportions.
